AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS THIS SUNDAY 
Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum, Florida Georgia Line, Colbie Caillat and “Nashville” star Hayden Panettiere will be presenting awards at the 40th annual American Music Awards taking place Sunday in Los Angeles. Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Christina Aguilera, Nicki Minaj, Pitbull and Linkin Park will perform during the ABC telecast. Other presenters announced yesterday include 50 Cent, the Backstreet Boys, Brandy, Cyndi Lauper, Gavin DeGraw, Ne-Yo, Paula Abdul, Phillip Phillips and Ryan Seacrest, among others. Nominees include:

Artist Of The Year: Justin Bieber, Drake, Maroon 5, Katy Perry and Rihanna.

New Artist Of The Year: J. Cole, fun., Gotye, Carly Rae Jepsen and One Direction.

Favorite Male Artist – Pop/Rock: Justin Bieber, Flo Rida, Pitbull and Usher.

Favorite Female Artist – Pop/Rock: Kelly Clarkson, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry and Rihanna.

Favorite Band, Duo Or Group – Pop/Rock: fun., Maroon 5, One Direction and The Wanted.

Favorite Album – Pop/Rock: Justin Bieber – “Believe,” Maroon 5 – “Overexposed,” Nicki Minaj – “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded” and One Direction – “Up All Night.”

Favorite Artist - Adult Contemporary: Adele, Kelly Clarkson and Train.
